What is the room setup in the Cottage?
When you reserve a room in the Cottage, you have your own keyed hotel room with either two Queen beds or one King bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The common areas in the Cottage include a great room, kitchen, game room, and a large patio with seating and fire pit (which we definitely enjoy during the weekend!).

What if I want to arrive earlier or stay later?
The Cottage will only be available from Thursday evening - Sunday morning. If you’d like to add onto your time away (which sounds like a fabulous idea!) you can book a hotel room at the Geneva National Resort through their site.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes your accommodations for three nights, all workshop activities, and the following meals:
Thursday evening reception: Light appetizers and non-alcoholic mocktails
Friday - Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
Sunday morning: Light breakfast
Through the registration process we ask for any dietary restrictions. There is also a full kitchen in the Cottage, if you would like to bring specific food, drinks or snacks to support your well-being and best health over the weekend! More details on menu are shared closer to check-in.
Will we be visiting the spa, or are there any special rates for spa treatments?
The retreat does not include a spa visit, but we encourage you to schedule a treatment directly with the resort. At this point, we recommend booking Thursday November 14 to finish before 5 p.m., or Sunday November 17 after 10 a.m. Participants will receive a detailed agenda one month prior to check-in, to ensure you can take advantage of down time to book treatments at other times during the weekend.
Will there be alcohol at the retreat?
Our group activities and meals are non-alcoholic. Our intent with this retreat is to support every participant to be fully present, experiment with different ways of relaxing, and make the most of this time away to reflect.
