Burned Out to Lit Up
A powerful group coaching program for women who want to live and lead in ways that fire them up, not grind them down
Break the day-to-day patterns that drive you into exhaustion, apathy and overwhelm, and bring energy, purpose, and fun back into your life and work.
If you want to lift that weight you’ve been carrying off your shoulders, and enjoy your life and career without having to choose between the two…
This program gives you the resources, community and tailored coaching to make that a reality.
Hi! I’m Christy Mihina.
I know what it’s like to be exhausted, overwhelmed and frustrated with the pace of a busy life and a demanding career… to stretch myself so thin that I would eventually break.
I walked away from a dream job with no plan and no next step because I just couldn’t keep going for one more day. I knew I needed a total reset in the way I approached my life and my work.
After months of healing and research, I developed a framework to protect myself from burnout so that I could:
Feel like my full self again
Reconnect to my passion for the work I do
Keep my own cup filled – while I continued to serve people and causes that I cared about
Be fully present with my family and friends, and find enjoyment in my day-to-day life
I want this for you, too.
I want this for women everywhere because I know that is where our greatest power is. And when more of us are living and leading from that “lit up” space, that’s how we create the world we want to see.
What would it be like if your life and work felt not just manageable… but inspiring (and even fun)?
You would have space in your day for the things you enjoy - just for pure pleasure and fun.
You would wake up having energy to start your day, and you would look forward to rest and relaxation at the end of it.
You could look at your to-do list and your calendar with a sense of calm.
You would be able to “turn your work brain off” and relax in the moment, being fully present with your family and friends.
You would have motivation to keep growing your career in the ways that you want to, and feel proud of the impact you’re having through your work.
It would be amazing! But that’s not your current reality.
Instead, it feels more like you’re barely hanging on… or checked out entirely, which sometimes feels even worse.
You’ve found “success” but it doesn’t feel like you thought it would. It feels empty… or heavy… or frankly just blah. You’ve worked hard, for long hours, put so much of yourself into your career and your family, and your reward seems to be… longer hours, even more demands on your time and energy, and a diminishing sense of yourself.
You can’t recall the last time you had FUN. You feel like so many things in your life “should” feel good and bring light, but you can’t seem to find your way back to enjoying them.
You’re doubting your ability to keep up with everything - at work and at home. You feel more and more like what you’re doing isn’t enough, and you’re worried that everyone else sees that too.
You’re trying to take care of yourself but all it’s doing is adding stress and a feeling of futility. Adding self-care to your routine just adds more items your already overwhelming to-do list.
Deep down, you believe there’s something better for you - that this isn’t all there is.
You don’t really know how to get there, but here’s what you DO know:
You want to gain your spark back, remember who you are, and reclaim your life and career.
The resilience hacks, tips and tricks that you’ve tried aren’t enough on their own.
You’re ready to make bigger changes to live and lead on your terms.
With a deeper level of support, you CAN make those changes, and make them stick.
Being in community with other women, who are on the same path you’re on, will be a game-changer - because trying to go it alone feels lonely.
